What do the order statuses mean?
| Order Received |
|
Your order has been received and is being checked for errors before continuing to the next department. |

|
On Hold for Payment or
Payment Not Received |
|
There was a problem with your payment method, generally if you used a credit card the card may have been declined because the address for the card did not match the billing address section that you filled in. Please call customer service at (855) 536-7675 and provide the representative with your order number. |

|
| Payment Received |
|
Your order is being transmitted to the appropriate department to continue to production. |
| |
|
|
| In Production |
|
The order has been routed to the department (Art Department for logos, Composition Department for layout extra text or custom jobs), or the Plant of Production. |

|
|
| Logo Status |
|
We have either not received your logo or your the logo file was not usable. Please check your email for instructions or call a customer service representative at (855) 536-7675. |

|
|
| On Hold |
|
This is an internal status for customer service to use when verifying information. |
| |
|
|
| Out on Proof |
|
Your proof is ready for viewing, you should receive an email as soon as your order changes to this status and the email will contain how to access your proof. If you did not receive the email, check your SPAM or JUNK folder, otherwise call customer service at (888) 287-3970. |

|
|
| Sent to Art Department |
|
This status means your product is in the Art Department for layout or accommodate changes requested during the proof status. |
| |
|
|
| Verify Check |
|
This status is for Financial Products only. If we need to verify bank, account or routing information you will have received an email asking for a fax of your current check. The check sample should be faxed to (888) 293-9620. |

|
|
| Verify Please Call |
|
Please call customer service as soon as possible to avoid delay of production (855) 536-7675. |
| |
|
|
| Partially Shipped |
|
One or more of your packages have shipped but there are other products which have not left the plant of production. You will receive another email when all packages have shipped. |
